This is BAILE.
Baile is the Irish word for home.
We chose it because home represents much more than where somebody lives.
More than an address

BAILE Care Limited is a nurse-led Irish care organisation created around the belief that care should recognise the whole person, not simply the support they require.
We begin with care at home.
Our focus is supporting people who need additional assistance to continue living safely and meaningfully in familiar surroundings.
Every person brings their own story, culture, relationships, preferences, routines and way of living.
Wherever reasonably possible, care should fit around the person rather than requiring the person to fit around the service.
